Fence Booms are a cost-effective solution for oil containment, mainly used on low-flow rivers, brooks, and streams. A Fence Boom is a type of floating barrier or containment boom designed with a series of vertical or near-vertical panels resembling a fence.
Fence booms are typically made of durable materials such as PVC or other synthetic fabrics that are resistant to oil and chemicals. The enclosed galvanized chain provides ballast and prevents corrosion, and each boom section has an ASTM Z connector for connection to the next boom section.
