Fire containment system is a designed to prevent the spread of fire and smoke in a building. We manufacture and supply fire curtain systems used for applications in shopping malls, commercial buildings, industrial sectors, warehouses, logistics, hospital, hotels and food processing sector, theatres, cultural centres, oil and gas sector. By containing fire, our curtain works alongside Fire Suppression Systems to help the spread of smoke and flames.

Fire Retardant Curtain Components
Flexible Heat Resistant Fabric:
Fire curtain is made of a flexible fire-retardant and heat-resistant fabric. This fabric is designed to withstand high temperatures, up to 120 minutes (2 hours) in your description. This is crucial in preventing the curtain itself from catching fire or melting, allowing it to maintain its integrity and perform its intended function during a fire emergency.
Deployment Upon Fire Alarm Signal:
When a fire alarm signal is received, the electric motor activates, causing the curtain to deploy. This deployment is a critical part of the system's function as it creates a fire barrier that can help contain fire and smoke within a specific zone, preventing it from spreading to other areas of the building.
DC Electric Motor:
Inside the tube, there is a DC electric motor. This motor is responsible for retracting and holding the curtain at ceiling level when it's not in use. This retracted position keeps the curtain out of the way and allows for normal operations in the area it's installed until there's a fire alarm signal.
Bottom Bar:
The bottom bar of the curtain serves a couple of important purposes. First, it helps to keep the curtain in place and provides stability. Second, it ensures a controlled descent of the curtain. In the event of a fire, the curtain needs to lower itself to create a barrier effectively. The bottom bar facilitates this controlled descent.
