Our nearshore oil containment booms are built from a high-grade synthetic rubber substrate with an outer layer of Hypalon (CSM). This single-process, homogeneous construction is fully cross-vulcanized with oil-resistant rubber and reinforced fabrics. The result is a seamless boom with excellent flexibility, abrasion resistance, and long-term durability against sun, sea, and oil exposure.
Designed for both hot and cold climates, these booms stay stable in currents up to 3–4 knots and withstand gale-force conditions. They also provide excellent wave-following characteristics. When deflated, the booms lie flat, making them easy to clean, transport, and store.

Our Universal Sliding Connectors meet ASTM durability standards and allow fast, secure connection between boom sections. The sliding design ensures smooth movement over varying water surfaces, making deployment and retrieval easier. These connectors are compatible with multiple boom types and are ideal for emergency spill response teams.

Anchoring systems are vital for maintaining boom position during spill containment operations. Our system includes heavy-duty anchors, chains, ropes, and buoys, strategically spaced to provide excellent stability against waves, currents, and wind.

The towing bridle connects the boom to a vessel for towing operations. Made from high-strength synthetic fibers or steel cables with sturdy shackles or hooks on either end, it withstands towing forces and keeps the boom stable — with adjustable components to customize tow line length and angle for maximum control and maneuverability.

The Boom Storage Reel enables safe and easy storage, deployment and retrieval of oil containment booms. The A-grade steel frame comes with container corners, a high-torque planetary gearbox driven by a hydraulic motor, hydraulic brakes, forward/neutral/reverse controls and a counter balance valve for jerk-free motion.

Powered by an air-cooled diesel engine, the power pack is a high-capacity multipurpose power source for hydraulically operated spill response equipment, capable of powering multiple equipments simultaneously — with overspeed protection valve at the intake and PESO-approved spark arrestor at the exhaust for safety.

Our hose sets come with quick-release connectors and are rated up to 250 bar at 100°C. Made from R2-grade oil-resistant rubber, they include dual high-tensile steel braids for strength and durability, with abrasion and weather resistance.

This diesel-powered air blower inflates booms quickly. Mounted on a trolley with collapsible or fixed handles, it includes standard hoses and nozzles for inflation and deflation, and comes with a protective canvas cover for storage.

We offer 4-leg webbing slings with an 8-ton capacity, made from strong nylon or polyester. Reinforced stitching ensures safe lifting of loads and easy attachment to hoisting equipment.

Our covers protect storage reels from UV, moisture, and debris. Made from durable vinyl or polyester, they extend the lifespan of equipment in harsh marine conditions.

Comprehensive kits with patching materials, repair sleeves, connectors and buoyancy elements — everything needed for on-the-spot field repairs, minimizing downtime and maximizing the effectiveness of spill response efforts.
