Tube Based Fire Suppression System

Supremex Tube Based Fire Suppression Systems (Fire Trace Systems) are Specially designed for instant detection and quick fire suppression. The heart of the firetrace system is the Linear Heat Sensitive pneumatic polymer tubing — connected at one end to an extinguishing agent container, with the rest running through the risk area in a predetermined manner.

When the flame touches the tubing and it reaches a temperature of 90-110 Deg C the tubing burst satit hot test point (which is nearest to the most vulnerable part of the fire), thus forming a nozzle. The pneumatic mechanism then triggers the valve of the extinguisher and sprays the agent out directly in to the fire, thus dousing the fire quicker than any other technique on the market.
