Fire Detection Tube — Heat Sensitive Tubing

Supremex Fire detection Sensor Tubing are specifically designed for instant detection and quick fire suppression system. Fire Detection tubes are linear pneumatic heat detector tubes used in fire suppression systems for fire detection. Specially tested tubing to burst at 90-110°C. The tube is typically installed in areas where early fire detection is critical, such as in server rooms, electrical cabinets, or conveyor systems.

Linear Pneumatic Heat Detection Tube used for?

The use of heat sensitive detection tubes can be found in Electrical Panels, server racks, CNC machines, engine compartments, and industrial automation systems.

The tube is typically installed in areas where early fire detection is critical, such as server rooms, electrical cabinets and conveyor systems. Unlike traditional point detectors, the flexible tubing provides detection along its entire length — directly at the source of a fire. Fire detection tubing is available in lengths of 10 m or 100 m at the best price in India.

Fire Detection Tubing Features

  • Linear pneumatic heat detector — detects along the entire tube length.
  • Specially tested to burst at 90–110°C, at the hottest point.
  • Non-electrical detection — no power required, no false alarms.
  • Acts as both detector and agent-delivery nozzle (direct systems).
  • Flexible polymer tubing — easy to route inside any enclosure.
  • Available in 10 m and 100 m lengths.
  • Compatible with clean agent, CO2 and dry chemical powder systems.

How Fire Detection Tubing Works

The pressurized heat-sensitive tube is routed through the risk area, connected at one end to an extinguishing agent container. When flame or radiant heat touches the tubing and it reaches 90–110°C, the tube ruptures at its hottest point — nearest the source of the fire — forming a nozzle. The pressure drop pneumatically triggers the extinguisher valve, spraying agent directly onto the fire within seconds.

🌡

1. Heat Detection

The pressurized tube continuously monitors temperature along its full installed length — multiple detection points in one tube.

💥

2. Tube Rupture

At 90–110°C the tube bursts at the hottest point, forming a discharge nozzle precisely at the fire source.

🔥

3. Instant Suppression

The pneumatic mechanism triggers the valve and agent is discharged directly onto the fire — faster than any other technique.
